4.)Can I cancel my listing at anytime for any reason? Helpful Hint: Any Agent that says “no” to this question is probably not the right person to trust with one of your biggest assets…your home!

5.)Do you follow up and through on every showing on my property? Helpful Hint: You should expect constant and diligent follow up especially when your home is shown to potential buyers. Feedback is critical isn’t it?

6.)Will you communicate with me on a regular basis? How often? Helpful Hint: More is better. As I just said, you should always know what is going on with the professional marketing of your home.

7.)What makes you different from every other agent out there and why should I hire you to sell my home? Helpful Hint: After you ask this question, listen closely. If an agent cannot tell you what makes them different and why you should hire them, you shouldn’t!
